We are proud to announce that according to the Board of Certification/Accreditation International (BOC) and their onsite survey of our facilities and company, Complete Care Medical, Inc. meets the DME accreditation requirements under Section 1834(a)(20) of the Social Security Act (SSA) and the federal regulations at 42 CFR 424.58.

We are approved to process your Medicare Part B, and Medicaid reimbursement claims in all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

- We keep on file all product information, copies of the features, warranties, and instructions for each type of product.

- We comply with all Medicare and Medicaid statutes, regulations, program instructions, contractor policies and federal & state laws

- We maintain accurate, confidential and secure records in accordance with privacy and security standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable standards.

- Once accreditation is accomplished, the program features annual visits by the accreditation organization. They review our processes and require a scoring of 90% or better to maintain accreditation.
